Hooptedoodle were commissioned by The Community Foundation Northern Ireland to create a short film demonstrating the effect of the emergency fund released by the OFMDFM.

Hooptedoodle worked alongside CFNI to produce a creative treatment based on real life accounts collected by agencies across Northern Ireland.

Locations were then scouted and recipients of the fund were interviewed and recruited and in some cases to act out their story for the camera.

The final film was launched in Stormont, June 2012 accompanied by a report on the emergency fund.
